La Casa del Noce is a big appartament.
It is suitable for at least 6 people and can accommodate up to 10 guests!
You will find yourselves in the loft of an historical building with exposed antique and contemporary timber structure built in the mid of the 19th century; it has been refurbished according to the ‘know-how’ of alpine materials and technical bio-architecture methods.
Embedded into the Dolomites, a UNESCO site, and situated in the historical centre of Fiera di Primiero, this timber structured ex-attic embodies its genius loci with its particular cosy ambiance.
Generously spacious, the house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, open space living area with TV and wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen/dining and an enclosed veranda where the building’s date, 1897 is clearly visible. Stylistically the veranda’s enclosure is a regional expression of the liberty style and it offers a panoramic view towards the ‘Vette Feltrine’ to the south. A second long balcony faces the famous dolomitic group of the Pale di san Martino and Val Canali to the north, with the medieval castle ruins (Castel Pietra), in the foreground.
The house offers private parking, a garden with space for seating and for barbecuing/picnic in the shade of the walnut tree, from which the house takes its name. Storage for skis and bicycles is also available.
Your pets are welcome at no extra costs, but the guests are invited to negotiate any particular expectation, prior to confirmation of booking.
The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift, within the central pedestrian zone in Fiera di Primiero.
