The villa is located in the original residential neighboorhood of the beautiful San Martino di Castrozza. Strategically located a 10-minute walk from the picturesque village centre and a 3-minute walk from the skibus stop, the apartments are maisonettes on the first floor of a beautiful traditional villa dating back to the ’50s. The apartments have a typical mountain feel and are provided with bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen utensils. Both have two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes (one with king-size double bed and one with 2 or 3 single beds), perfect for families or group of friends. The comfortable sitting area is a great place to relax. There is a separate kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with washing machine and shower. The apartments have an impressive large balcony (35sqm), a perfect sun trap with spectacular views on the famous Pale di San Martino. Guests can also relax on the left side of the communal garden (barbecues are allowed). There is also free Wi-Fi, adjustable heating, and free parking on the premises (two garages). Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen are provided.
It is forbidden to hang clothes on the balcony.
